Needless to say, a business is not a business as long as there are no employees. Employees are used to optimize the productivity of a pharmacy business. In order to do so, a pharmacist need to make sure that he hires a highly productive staff that is proven competent for the job. When it comes to managing human resource, a pharmacist has the task to determine which jobs to fill, the qualifications of the person to do each particular task, and finally choosing the most qualified applicant. After having a set of people, good pharmacy management would deal with assessing whether the employees are justly rewarded for their efforts. This part includes fringe benefits, employee contract policies, holiday benefits and other rewards offered by the company. In addition to this, there are also existing laws given by the regulatory board which should be strictly followed by everyone in the business including the staff, technician and other personnel.
